Saigon Easy Build is a high-grade, versatile pre-mixed mortar, designed to create a strong foundation and durable walls. The product stands out with High Uniformity and Good Workability, making application fast and easy. Featuring High Adhesion and the ability to Reduce Cracking Rate, Saigon Easy Build ensures a strong bond for fired bricks and cement blocks. It is suitable for laying, rendering, and floor screeding, as well as finishing various other surfaces.
Applications:
- Used for laying and rendering various types of fired clay bricks and cement blocks (cement aggregate bricks)
- Finishing surfaces of columns, ceilings, base walls, stairs, enclosure walls, and partitions.
- Used indoors and outdoors.

- Storage: Store in a dry, cool, and shaded area. Once the bag is opened, it must be used within 24 hours.
- Use-by date: 04 months from the date of manufacture and proper storage.
Application Instructions:
- 1. Surface Preparation: Clean the working surface, ensuring it is free of oil, grease, and other impurities; pre-wet the surface to be plastered/rendered.
- 2. Mixing: Mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is uniform. Recommend using a mixer on-site.
- 3. Application: Apply/Plaster layer by layer with a thickness of 10mm. Use the fresh mortar mixture within 60 minutes.
- 4. Curing: Cure the finished surfaces according to current construction regulations and guidelines.
