TREMproof® 201/60

TREMproof® 201/60 is a high-solids, VOC-compliant, bitumen-modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It is a single-component, moisture-curing elastomer that provides a seamless, flexible barrier.

Applications:

  • Ideal for plaza decks, roof terraces, pedestrian concourses, bathrooms, kitchens, parking garages, planter boxes, and basement walls.

  • Eco-Friendly: Singapore Green Label certified, safe for potable water tanks.
  • Crack-Bridging: High elongation to bridge structural cracks effectively.
  • Primerless: Direct application on clean, dry concrete—no primer needed.
  • Root Resistant: Compatible with additives to prevent root penetration.

  • Tensile Strength: > 1.4 MPa.
  • Adhesion Strength: 0.5 MPa.
  • Tear Resistance: 25 N/mm.
  • Elongation: > 950%.
  • Recovery from 350% Elongation: 95%.
  • Water Vapor Transmission: 0.2 g/h.m2.
  • Low Temperature Elongation at -29°C: 450%.
  • Coverage/Application Rate: 1.8 Kg/m2.
  • Warranty period: 10 years.

Installation & Curing Instruction:

  • Substrate: Must be clean, dry, and free of oil or contaminants.
  • Priming: No primer is required on clean, dry concrete surfaces.
  • Mixing: Mix for 2 - 3 minutes using a slow-speed drill. Keep the paddle submersed to avoid air bubbles (pinholes).
  • Application: Apply using a roller, brush, or squeegee.
  • Thickness: Can be applied in a single coat to achieve 1.5mm Wet Film Thickness (WFT).
  • Coverage: Approximately .5 litres/m2.
  • Curing: Dry to touch in about 6 hours (at 23 °C).
  • Protection: Must be protected from UV exposure and traffic with a topping or protective layer.
