Saigon Stickpro C2
Saigon Stickpro C2 is a high-performance, cement-based tile adhesive (High Quality - HQ), classified as C2 according to the standard TCVN 7899-1:2008. The product is designed to solve the most demanding tiling challenges, from large-format tiles to high-load and high-humidity areas.
Applications:
- Interior & Exterior areas.
- Wet areas: Bathroom, swimming pool.
- Suitable for many material types: Ceramics, Porcelains, Granites, Glass mosaics, Natural Stone (Marbles).
- Suitable for large-format tile and natural stone applications.
Features:
- Wall Tile: Size Up to 1200 x 1200 mm.
- Floor Tile: Size Up to 2400 x 2400 mm.
- Packaging: 25 kg bag
- Color: Grey/White (Depending on version - requires confirmation)
- Bond Strength: Triple Adhesion Strength.
- Average consumption: 5 - 7 Kg/m2/mm thickness, depending on the substrate surface.
- No need to pre-soak the tiles before application.
- Use-by date: 12 months, in original unopened packaging and properly stored.
Application Instructions:
I. Preparation:
- Clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it is dry [inferred standard practice].
- No need to pre-soak the tiles before application.
II. Mixing Procedure:
- Mix the tile adhesive with clean water according to the specified ratio.
- Mixing Steps: Mix for 2 - 4 minutes, allow to rest for 1 - 3 minutes for chemical reaction, then mix again for 2 - 4 minutes.
- Use a specialized mixer. Do not add any extra additives after the mixture is complete.
III. Application & Grouting:
- Use a notched trowel to apply the adhesive to the substrate [inferred standard practice].
- For large tiles/stone, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of adhesive to the back of the tile/stone before fixing.
- Grouting: Proceed with grouting (joint filling) after a minimum of 24 hours after tiling.
- Warning: Do not use the tile adhesive on wood, plastic, metal, or glass surfaces.
