Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry and Protective Coating
TREMproof® M
TREMproof® M is a two-part, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry designed for concrete and masonry. It combines a liquid polymer with a specialized cement-based mix to provide a durable barrier against water and environmental damage.
Applications:
- Water Structures: Potable water tanks, swimming pools.
- Internal/External Use: Sealing internal basement walls against dampness, bathrooms, balconies, and terraces.
- Surface Remediation: Filling pores, blowholes, and leveling concrete surfaces.

- Compressive Strength (28 days): > 20 N/mm2.
- Flexural Strength (28 days): > 7.0 N/mm2.
- Density: 1.80 – 1.90 kg/ltr freshly mixed mortar.
- Water Absorption: < 0.1 kg/m2.h0.5.
- Adhesive Strength: > 0.60 N/mm2.
- Consumption: 2-3 kg/m²/2 coats.
- Packaging: 25 kg set (Part A: 5 kg; Part B: 20 kg).
- Pot Life: ~30 minutes (at 30 °C), the pot life will be shorter at higher temperature.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production.
- Warranty period: 3 years.
Installation & Curing Instruction:
- 1. Preparation: Clean and dry the concrete surface; grind down protrusions and patch all cracks.
- 2. Application: Stir well and apply by brush, roller, or spray at 1.8 kg/m², reinforcing corners with fiberglass mesh.
- 3. Testing & Protection: Allow 24-48 hours to dry before water ponding tests, then apply a protective layer to prevent damage.
