Waterproofing Slurry for Sewage Treatment Plants

Vandex BB 75 Z is a specialized cementitious waterproofing slurry, sulfate-resistant and specifically designed to protect concrete structures against municipal sewage. It stands up to both active and passive water pressure in demanding environments.

Thermal Resistance: Up to 100°C.
Compressive Strength (28 days): > 28 MPa.
Bending Tensile Strength (28 days): ~ 6 MPa.
Adhesive Bond: ≥ 2.0 MPa.
Chloride Ion Content: ≤ 0.05%.
Modulus of Elasticity: ≥ 20 GPa.
Consumption/Coverage: 4 – 6 kg/m².
Warranty period: 10 years.

Installation & Curing Instruction:

Substrate: Clean, open-pored, and pre-wetted to SSD condition.
Mixing: 25kg powder + 4.5–6L water. Mix mechanically for min. 3 mins.
Application: Brush, trowel, or spray; apply next coat while previous is damp.
Thickness: Max 2mm (~4 kg/m²) per working cycle.
Curing: Keep damp for min. 5 days; protect from sun, wind, and frost.
