TREMproof® FCW

TREMproof® FCW is a high-performance, two-component, flexible cementitious waterproofing coating. It comprises a special polymer resin and a powder blend of graded fine quartz fillers. As a water-based, non-toxic, and non-hazardous solution, it provides a safe and durable barrier for various structures.

Applications:

  • Water Structures: Reservoirs, tanks, swimming pools, ponds, and fountains.
  • Wet Areas: Bathrooms, kitchens, and planter boxes.
  • Decks & Floors: Garage floors, parking areas, and environmental decks (protected).

Benefits:

  • High Flexibility: >100% elongation, bridges structural cracks.
  • Eco-Friendly: Singapore Green Label certified, safe for potable water tanks.
  • Superior Adhesion: Strong bond to all common substrates.
  • Damp-Surface Ready: Applied on damp surfaces to save time.

Features:

  • Tensile Strength:> 1.0 MPa.
  • Elongation: > 100%.
  • Drying Time: 2 - 3 hours between coats.
  • Adhesive Strength: > 0.60 N/mm2.
  • Coverage: Minimum 2 coats at approximately 1.0Kg/m2 per coat.
  • Water Penetration: No water penetration at 0.2 kgf/cm2 for 12 hours.
  • Packaging: 36 kg set.
  • Pot Life: ~30 minutes (at 30 °C), the pot life will be shorter at higher temperature.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production.
  • Warranty: 5 years.

Installation & Curing Instruction:

  • Method: Apply using a brush, roller, or rubber squeegee.
  • Thickness: 1 - 2mm for walls; 1.8 - 2mm for floors.
  • Coating: Apply 2 layers (approx. 1.0mm per layer). Wait 2 - 3 hours between coats.
  • Curing: Cure overnight before conducting a water ponding test.
  • Protection: Must protect exposed surfaces from UV with screed, aluminum paint, or insulation.
